Sales Engineer – Full Sales Cycle (Pre- & Post-Sales)
Location: Remote, New England-Based | Compensation: $120K–$130K base + $20K–$30K bonus potential

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Sales Engineer who thrives in both pre- and post-sales environments. You'll act as a technical partner across the entire customer lifecycle, working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support 100 accounts across the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the technical lead throughout the full sales cycle – from discovery through onboarding and expansion
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Join all sales and customer success calls to provide technical expertise and solution guidance
  • Tailor demos, conduct proof-of-concept engagements, and support post-sale technical implementation
  • Ensure client satisfaction and drive product adoption across a book of 100 accounts
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and engineering

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant role
  • Proven track record supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Experience with DevOps, Security, or related technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-first mindset

Compensation:

  • Base: $120,000–$130,000
  • Upside/Bonus: $20,000–$30,000
