About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound leads generated from the website, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. You’ll guide prospects through the sales process — identifying needs, building relationships, and closing deals. This role focuses on solution-based selling to customers across the Southern U.S. territory, including:
- Convenience stores
- Breweries
- Cinemas
- Family entertainment centers
- Restaurants and chains
Key Details:
- Territory: South (FL to TX)
- Travel: Minimal (a few trade shows annually)
- Deal Size: ~$15K
- Commission: 2–5% per deal
- Comp: $60K base / $85–90K year one OTE
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of sales experience — inbound or full-cycle preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport, listen to customer needs, and close
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Professional maturity and a collaborative mindset
- Must be able to travel to Hudson, MA 5x/week
