Director of Sales

An established and fast-growing cybersecurity company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand its U.S. sales efforts. Our client has experienced significant year-over-year growth, made multiple strategic acquisitions, and expanded its global presence. With a strong foundation in the security space, they offer cutting-edge authentication solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing security infrastructures, helping businesses enhance cyber resilience without requiring a full technology overhaul.

The Role:
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the U.S. sales team, driving new business acquisition, and expanding partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who can balance strategy with execution.
  • Lead and grow a team of AEs and BDRs 
  • Drive new logo acquisition by developing and executing outbound sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Work closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes

Must have experience:
✔ 2+ years of cybersecurity sales experience
✔ 2+ years managing full-cycle sales reps
✔ Experience working within the channel and driving partner relationships
✔ Based in Greater New England, with the ability to be in the office at least once a week

Compensation: $150k base/$250k OTE uncapped + equity
