MSP Account Executive – Join a Growing, Dynamic Team

Sales Search Partners has partnered with a fast-growing provider of voice and data solutions (UCaaS and CCaaS) that is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their team. Our client has a growing focus on security, compliance, and full MSP services. This is a hybrid sales role (60% new business, 40% existing accounts) where you’ll have the opportunity to manage and expand client relationships while bringing in new logos.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on generating new business while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Land new opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Upsell and expand new services into existing accounts
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closure and beyond
  • Collaborate with internal teams, but operate with a high degree of autonomy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new logo acquisition and account expansion, ideally in networking, VOIP, or security
  • Strong understanding of MSP solutions, including public and private cloud, disaster recovery, and backup solutions
  • A "grit and grind" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales process
  • Experience working in a smaller, fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of project management solutions (Autotask or Kasaya) is a plus
  • A collaborative, results-driven mindset with a focus on success in a non-micromanaged, autonomous environment
