The Role:
As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business and expanding client relationships in the life sciences space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, growth-focused environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, hunt for new opportunities, and close deals.
πΉ Prospect & build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at biotech, pharma, and med device companies
πΉ Develop a book of business by identifying and securing staffing partnerships in manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and validation
πΉ Work closely with recruiters to align talent solutions with client needs
πΉ Negotiate contracts & close deals while providing best-in-class service to clients
Who You Are:
You’re an ambitious, early-career sales professional ready to take your B2B experience to the next level. You have:
