You’ll manage a book of business that includes groups ranging from 40–200 employees (roughly a $1M block) across the U.S. — though most of your clients will be based in MA, NH, and ME.What You’ll Do:

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients

Consult with employers on plan design, renewals, and benefits strategy

Negotiate renewals and rates with carriers and vendors

Deliver exceptional service that keeps clients coming back year after year

Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and renewals

Stay on top of industry trends and compliance updates

Help shape the growth and success of a rapidly expanding benefits team
Requirements:

3+ years of agency experience in employee benefits – must-have
-
Strong understanding of fully insured and self-funded financial arrangements

Confident communicator, comfortable advising C-suite clients

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented (you make chaos look easy)

Passionate about helping clients make informed benefits decisions
