What You’ll Do:
- 100% outbound prospecting.
- Support multiple AEs on a round-robin schedule.
- Work closely with the SDR Manager
The Goals: Set 30 meetings per month and earn $150 per meeting above quota.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hunger: You’re motivated to succeed.
- Discipline: You know how to stay focused.
- X-Factor: 1- 2 years as an SDR as an over preforming SDR in the tech space
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50K.
- OTE: $85K, uncapped.
